Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VacuumIQ, operating in the United Kingdom. By subscribing you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

1. The Service

VacuumIQ is a creator intelligence and analytics platform for YouTube creators. Your subscription gives you access to:

• Analytics and intelligence tools — channel analytics, competitor intelligence, content tools and business management features
• Platform access — the full suite of tools available within your subscription
• All future features released during your active subscription

VacuumIQ is a software service. It provides data, analytics and tools for informational purposes and does not provide personalised advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Subscription and Billing

Membership is £25 per month, billed monthly and recurring until cancelled.

Billing is handled by Stripe, a certified third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorise VacuumIQ to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.

5. Payments and Refunds

Immediate Access and Cooling Off

By subscribing you explicitly request that your access to VacuumIQ begins immediately. You acknowledge that by requesting immediate access you waive your right to a 14-day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds

Because access to the service begins immediately, we do not issue refunds once access has been granted and the cooling off period has been waived. We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. To raise a concern contact us at support@vacuumiq.co.uk within 48 hours of subscribing.

Payment Disputes

Contact us at support@vacuumiq.co.uk before initiating any payment dispute. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending the outcome of the dispute. If the dispute is found to be invalid your account may be permanently terminated and any outstanding amounts will remain due.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or replicate any part of VacuumIQ
• Circumvent any security or access control measures
• Use any automated system to access the platform without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding and materials on VacuumIQ are the exclusive property of VacuumIQ. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use VacuumIQ for your own purposes only. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part of VacuumIQ without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The data, analytics and tools provided through VacuumIQ are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income level or growth result. Results vary between users. Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal or professional advice.

Analytics and projections are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data displayed, including data sourced from third-party platforms such as YouTube.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, VacuumIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days. Upon termination your access ceases and any outstanding amounts remain due.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
