  • Subscription and billing status — we do not store, see or have access to your card or banking details at any point
  • If you choose to connect an external platform account, we store publicly available statistics associated with that account to power your dashboard. This data is refreshed on a regular basis
  • Content you create within the platform such as plans, notes and schedules
  • Basic technical information used solely for security and platform stability

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide, maintain and improve the VacuumIQ service, process your subscription, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to your use of VacuumIQ.

4. Data Sharing

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a connected platform account, the connection is removed. Aggregated statistical data previously collected may be retained to preserve your historical analytics. If you close your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
